Black renters raise tensions in Bay Area

Why not say it the way it really is? Blacks continue to have horrendous crime rates, high violence, heavy drug use and dealing,high percentages on welfare,get special considerations, take advantage of others, etc. Among the black population are also many people who do not subscribe to this but are trapped in the environment. The authorites should take all action against those destroying areas and committing crimes, etc. Since most Americans are too spineless to even speak out against this sick behavior the troublemakers continue to thrive. Areas continue to be destroyed and crime-infested, those who can relocate do so and those who cannot become victims. What a pathetic society.
